Where is your office located?

I am at 7633 E. Acoma, Suite 210. The office is upstairs and you can see my name on the window from the ground floor.

Major Cross Streets are Hayden and Acoma, near the Scottsdale Airport.

Where can I park?

Please park in any space that is not numbered.

When are you office hours?

I see clients in person on Mondays and Thursdays and via telehealth on Tuesday and Wednesdays.

What is the process of therapy?

There are many ways we can talk about therapy. At the most basic level I believe the process of therapy is the development of a relationship with yourself that is based in loving awareness. It involves a deep understanding of your inner experience and knowing how to take care of yourself.

How long will I be in therapy?

Like any relationship, the one you have with yourself has taken time and developed over many years. Therapy takes time as well. At the beginning I recommend coming every week for 4-6 weeks so we can explore what’s going on and you can begin to implement new ways of being with yourself. Beyond that, everyone is different. Continuing to come weekly may be what’s best for you or possibly every other week.

How long are therapy sessions?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

What can I expect in the first session?

During the first session we will discuss confidentiality and I will go over my policies with you. We will talk about what is bringing you into therapy and begin to explore what might be most helpful to you. 

How do I schedule a session?

Please feel free to call me or email me. When we are able to touch base we can determine if we feel like we would be a good fit. It is during our initial contact that we can schedule our first session.

Is there paperwork I must complete?

Yes. After we schedule a session I will email you with my intake forms which you will complete prior to session. These include my practice policies and informed consent which you will sign electronically as well as a credit card authorization form.

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. All appointments cancelled within the 48 hour window will be charged the full session fee.
